Objectdock -objectbar or use Rocket Dock? I am trying to simulate the dock on mac os 10.4 tiger or 10.5 Leopard. Thanks!

ObjectDock. NeXuS (part of Winstep Extreme) is an equally good Dock.

If you want to stick with Stardock take a look at these from the WC Gallery Library for ObjectDock:
