Not able to construct a starbase in a magnetic cloud

I just tried to build a Vasari starbase in a magnetic cloud system and it would not work as the ability was disabled. Is this meant to happen?

I have noticed this too. I was able to build TEC and Advent Starbases in Magnetic clouds so, it definately is something that needs fixing.

Does the Vasari colony ship have antimatter and the Advent/TEC not? That would be where to start

here is an idea this star base can move right so build it out side the well and then move it into where you want it to be at

Bases cannot phase jump thank god for that.
