error when installing Impulse

I keep getting the following error when attempting to install Impulse. If I choose ignore it keeps coming up with a slightly different path.

Have you tried running the setup with Admin privileges?

It is my laptop and my accct is an admin acct

Even if your current user is an admin, you may have to explicitly tell Vista to 'launch as administrator' or some such, if you haven't disabled UAC.
