I've tried everything I can think of but I can't get the border button animations (close/max/min) to work. I finally got the start panel animations to work but nothing else. Anybody have any ideas??
I dont think Xenomorph has been brought up to Vista standards yet.
I do Hope SD does go thru and Bring this awesome classic skin up todate. 
I'm not running Vista, however I did find a way to get the animations working. I had to create per-pixel borders for it in order to get them to do what they are suppose to do.
Redbuzzard: there is no perpixel borders....
Just bitmaps , all frame animated bitmaps , all 7 state BMP's. 
I know and I couldn't get the animations to work so I used the existing bmp's and created per-pixel borders to get them to work. I was asking how to get them to work earlier with no answer so, I found my own. 
Animations don't work on Per Pixel frames.. so it may have been something else u changed inadvertently.
I have no idea what else I did. I know the start panel user pane animation didn't work until I changed the setting in skinstudio from blur to the normal per-pixel setting.
I tried a little test. I removed the caption border and maximized border in the per-pixel section to see if it would still animate but nothing. When I re-added the caption per-pixel border it animated again. So you tell me what it is. All I know is if I remove it, it stops working, put it back and it's fine??
