I was thinking about Brandie today and noticed she hasn't been seen around here in about a month.  I know she's getting pretty close to baby time.  Does anyone know how she's doing?

I know it's just a figure of speech, but "jumped ship" just doesn't seem applicable to a 9 month pregnant woman

not at all, except that i don't. :)  I used to read/sometimes comment on the guardian one (comment is free), but I'm not blogging anywhere these days.  I keep thinking I should come back to it, but haven't actually motivated myself enough to do so.

Glad to hear that Brandie is doing well -- and that the new baby girl is coming any day -- how exciting! :)

I would agree except for the fact that she blogged right up until having her last baby.  No one would think twice if I disappeared for a couple of months ;)

Maybe Simon had your Guardian comments confused, but he DID say that Independent Minds has a 'shadesofgrey' who lives in the DC area and participates in politics quite a bit. Maybe you've got an evil twin, haha

Weird.  If they say anything intelligent, I'd like to take credit for it -- but its def. not me.  I certainly would have told you if I had started up a new blog.  There's not a lot of creativity in me these days -- maybe the new year will be different!
