What does long range phase jumping do ? Does it make you jump faster or how exactly does it work ? can someone please explain with a practical example ?
i assume your talking about a researchable technology?
if so certain maps have multiple stars, you cannot jump to another star since it isnt linked, when you research long range phase jumping your ships will be able to travel FROM any star TO any star
just remeber that interstellar phasejumping only works from star to star, where interplanetary phasejumping works from planet to planet linked by phase lanes
