I've always been a fan of the game on the NES. I even play it from time to time on my emulator.

 

I was just wondering if anybody as given this remake of the original a try and if it played well with a gamepad. (Ijust don't see myself playing this game with my keyboard)

 

The graphics certainly look great.

I played ut, and gamepad felt just right actually. Overall it's decent, but at the end of the day it is just a remake.

I played it.  It was awesome.   I have tried both keyboard (actually my perferred) and joypad (only option for multiplayer really)  both feel great!   I am used to the NES version too, so it feel very smooth and easy to control by comparison
