2.0 update: where's the new manual?

The update list ( https://forums.galciv2.com/329116/ ) says there's a new manual for TA. Does anyone know where to find it? I'm on Vista. I'm kind of an RTFM kinda guy. I've updated DL, DA and TA using Impulse. I got them electronically originally. If I start DL or DA I get the old menu systems with the 'Manual' buttons, but they're the old manuals. I don't get a menu thingy for TA; it just launches into the main game. Any clues?

There's a pdf in the folder where the game is installed.

Could someone give me the path for this? I found a manual but it appears to be for pre-2.0

It's in the Twilight folder, assuming you've updated to 2.0 (and the update has been successful):

C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\Twilight\TwilightManual.pdf or thereabouts.
