Are the rumors true that generals are being excluded from Demigod?

If they are I want my money back. This was one of the biggest things that got me pumped for this game.

You should ask are you going to be able to control your minions like a RTS they can call them anything ie General or Assassin that is a group generals have more passive skills to buff its minions but Do you get to control them that is the question?
