1. Missile Battery ability stays the same once upgraded (according to the in-game description that is).
2. In the mini underground, buy crystal and buy metal look the same. Confusing.
1) The ability upgrades the missile battery itself, so it can't be displayed on the info card for the ability. The stats differences are displayed on the battery itself, though.
Aye it is, I hope that gets fixxored for 1.1 release.
