I have been getting Google Sponsor ads on the front page and in the Galleries. Is this normal or should I clear out the cache and reload the page?
On a side note: the ads note they don't bother me, but look at the screen shot. That's quite disturbing 
Whenever there's a site/forum update your cookies won't register you as logged in...so you'll see the site as a 'visitor'.
You just need to restart your browser and log in again and all will be normal.
Happens to me... means even more 're-logging' for admins/mods as there's a secondary separate login required for them....;)
i have to log in each time i visit the site. even after logging in, i see the ads. it doesn't matter if i use ie, firefox, or safari. aslo, i have to log in when i enter the forums each time. and then there's the issue of the list of libraries on the front page not saving.
When Wincustomize gets an update we will be giving special attention to the persistent Ad problems that people have been having with the site.
For the time being though, the answer will be;
- Log out, close all browsers+tabs, log back in.
- (If that doesnt work) Clear your cookies, close all browsers+tabs, log back in.
- (If that doesnt work) Clear cookies, all temporary internet files (cache), close all browsers+tabs and the log back in.
