Which mod have shields that stop missiles and bullets?

I'm looking for a mod with shields like in Sins, that stop everything.

Any ideas?

Can't be done in GalCiv2.

Each defense tech can only be assigned to 1 category. But the square root of that defense is applied to the other two weapons techs, so there is at least some benefit.
