Recently I ran across an article where you are representing a Maria Martinez' concerning the Trinity Medical Center and Immigration matters in the Carrollton, Texas area.

My name is Tracy James Givens presently residing in Fort Worth, Texas. I am currently involved with a unique harassment and civil rights issue where unclassified electronics and what is considered Psycotronic and non-lethal weapons systems are being used against me.

In short, It’s a form of Microwave Surveillance that was declassified and its use banned by a presidential order in 1994 due to privacy issues and has since found its way into the hands of criminals and corrupt government employees alike. What made this type of surveillance so unique is the ability to transmit sounds or voice to the targeted person in such a way those around them would not be affected or able or hear what’s being said.

Since the perpetrators in my harassment are operating illegally they never turn their microphones used to transmit off. The reason for this is, by closing connection or shutting off their system where it pertains to myself will cause them to be unable to reestablish connection, so in short I hear many things happening at their location including door bells ringing, phones ringing or pagers going off, people involved in conversations and so on.

In 2005 I heard a date rape through the electronics described above. Upon closer evaluation and investigation of this I found that something did transpire at their location, that at least one victim was moved to a different location, and a FWPD report was made which indicate a domestic disturbance happened. I also witnessed a person throwing stuff away at the near by car wash around 5am, shortly after the report was made. Minutes later I discovered items and documents pertaining to a Rene’ Martinez' at the same car wash. This along with the report lead me to believe foul play was involved. While reading the article it occurred to me that perhaps the victim of the describe crime failed to report it due to Immigration matters. I am aware many such crimes take place and go unreported due to embarrassment the victim may feel and threats of retaliation but it never occurred to me that immigration concerns could be a factor until now.

What I heard at first was a male saying take her car and park it around the corner, then moments later a female yelling “where’s my car, one of you stole my f**king car” and a male saying to calm down its alright, then the sounds of a rape taking place, females crying saying “no please stop, I wont tell anyone” and “please I just want to go home”. There must have been several perpetrators involved including at least two females. There were two victims of this crime, one I believe to be Maria Olivarez and the second to be Rene’ Martinez’. At one point there was a male yelling “where’s my son bitch” a few times and the sounds of slapping such as he may have been hitting her while yelling this. Another person in the background saying “we don’t know where your son is, she didn’t have him when she got here” followed by “what do you want us to do with her now” and the males response was “I don’t care I just want my son back”.

Over the period I’ve been working on this issue concerning myself many other comments have been made revolving around the night is 2005 and some of them seem to fit in an awkward way such as “we didn’t know she was only 16” and the article says Ms. Martinez’ has a 19 year old daughter, also facing immigration concerns. This would make her 16 at the time of the crime. The fact she has a 3 year old, this could explain the male yelling at the victim where’s my son, and a few more comments.

Ms. Walker I have no idea if there is a connection here or not but on a hunch I felt compelled to contact you concerning this matter. Due to the issue I am presently involved with I have no secure line of communications so contact is best made in person or by registered mail.
