An email I recived today and its reply

Below you will find an email I recived this morning from an unknowen person. Now to my knewledge this person has nothing to do with Electronic Harassment, or do they? I have never posted this persons name in the past, I do not have it in my data base of possible perpatrators or knowen perpatrators nor do I have it in the possible victims or knowen victims data base, so where do this person come from and why send this email to me. when tracking the email so far I have come up with califorina but this could be wrong as its a yahoo address and yahoo is in Califorina. Honestly I haven't spent much time or worry over the matter.
