SR2 Reboot not working with D2D SR2

Hi,

I downloaded and purchased SR2;Reboot but it seems to crash my D2D-sourced SR2. Can you please help me? I understand the only solution is for you to provide me with a SR2/Complete serial number so it updates properly to work with SR2:Reboot.

Please help.
