tech needed for ships

What technology do I research to get the bigger ships.

I used to have a spread sheet that layed it all out but lost it.

Can someone pls help.

It should be down the Xeno Engineering branch in DL and DA (Basic Logistics, Advanced Hulls, etc.), but you might have to do some hunting if you're still learning the different Twilight trees like I am.

If you have .NET installed, the Galactopedia app might be handy.

Thanks for the quick reply I will check that out.
I found on the forums a guy named Ozan created a tech tree showing what techs are need for what ships and that is exactly what I'm looking for, but he hasnt been on since last year.

If you are playing TA though, what GW Swicord just said will get you the larger ship designs.

The template designs that existed in DL & DA no longer really exist in the sense they once did. They now only appear if you have the option for the AI to design ships for you based off of the techs you have.
