Personal Images - Resovled

Earlier this week we moved the location of the personal images to a brand new server on a better connection. The reasons are many, and I'm not going to go into detail. This was a 'good thing' move. As most of the Wincustomize regulars know already, Wincustomize has been lacking much needed love for a long time now. Unfortunately, some legacy code in the site, which hasnt been updated, is interfering with uploading Personal Images. This includes avatars (also called icons), personal photos and desktop screenshots. This only effects uploading images from the My Account pages.

Fortunately there is a solution. This coming Monday (EST) we will be giving Wincustomize a small amount of love and taking care of this issue so that the my account pages on www.wincustomize.com are back to working. However, for the time being, please use the my account page on the forums (forums.wincustomize.com) to upload these images. I've personally tested them and they are working.

We're a bit behind schedule on updating wincustomize to get the personal image uploads working again, but it's not been forgotten. Same deal though, in the mean time please use the my account page on the forums.

We updated Wincustomize yesterday and after a day or so of poking at it, it looks like we've fixed the issues with uploading personal images on the main wincustomize website.
