April Fool's, eh?

Well, it being April Fool's day I can only think of one link to share with everyone: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yu_moia-oVI

Heh, heh.

Anywho, it's April now...so T minus 25 days until my birthday.  Wee!  Unfortunately, I have a crap load of exams raining down on me...it sucks, I just took a bunch before I went on break. :(  I had econ last Friday; o-chem and stats are this Thursday and Friday respectively.  *sigh*  then I think there's a free week before cell bio jumps back in.  Eh, just gotta tough it out until mid May and it's home for the summer.

Oh, and if you're curious as to where the hell my Animal Features are, I'll try to start into them again this weekend.  These next few days I have to study a good bit (read: cram).  I actually haven't had a good clear chunk of time to do any since I got back. :(  They take longer than you might think...that and I try to fact check a good bit so I'm not passing on faulty information.  Luckily I still have time to fit in some poetry or creative writing...those don't take long at all. :D

Well, off to procrastinate until tomorrow. :)

Well, thanks a lot for putting that song in my head now, mate :( You know it is a brain worm, don't you?  The only thing that is going to cancel it out is either 'Last Train To Clarkesville' by The Monkees or something by Neil Diamond.  Then I have to try to cancel either of those out. ;)

I'm looking forward to your next animal feature too but I understand about you having to study.  I'm pleased you have your priorities sorted.  Good luck with them all, mate.

I'm not...I hate priorities and all my "responsibility." *psh*...It's no fun. :P  Thanks, I'll give'em a decent shot.  Tomorrow is super fun chemistry cram day...so many reactions to memorize. *blech*

No day is so deserving of a 'Rickroll'. If it were called 'April Punish Your Ears' Day, then I might be inclined to agree with you.

Eh, from 21 on it basically is. :P  You get the power to drink legally and that's the last thing you look forward to until retirement. ;)

I don't understand this holiday.  Are people so happy Spring is here they get slap happy?

Both my kids came home with stories about the "tricks" someone played on them.

I don't get it.

Well, it's not technically a "holiday" just more of a widespread custom.  Apparently no one really knows why it exists, but there are various theories.

I found a link: http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/aforigin.html

The origin of April Fool's Day may only be discussed on April Fool's Day and must always be concluded with the phrase, "April Fool's!"

I'm actually going to thank Zoo, Mark.

Yes, thank you, Zoo. Not because I like the song but for showing me someone with less rhythm than me. :D

Of course! It is the one day of the year when adults can play childish pranks and not be thought the less of for!

Let your inner child out, and loosen up!

I'd think less of whoever pulled a prank on me.

For real?!?

OMG, you would not last in my house. We love to mess with each other, and April Fool's Day is so fun for the kids.

My favorite AFD Trick was this:

When I was in elementary I put this huge oversized gorilla doll, about the size of a small child, in my bed and covered it up. The face was turned towards the wall so just hair was showing in the back and I put a Halloween mask over the face, and then I left for school.

HAHAHAHAHAHA. Scared the shit out of my mom.
