The docks use your resolution as markers for their size and position.
At this time they will simply keep their settings and move with the resolution.
If you like you can try clearing the cache of your software to see if a stray
setting is causing you more trouble than is normal.
Here are the online instructions:
Go to start > run and then copy this into the command line:
%userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock
It will open a file folder. Delete the ObjectDock one. Be sure to save before doing all of this.
