Sin of a solar empire account problem

Hello, i've bought the game a few days ago and me and my friend were in a lan party. Accidentaly my friend made an account on my game and i would like to change it to an account of my choice, i would like to know if its possible, and there is also something about the information booklet that is making me curious, they say that you can only play with 2 person on the same CD-KEY in a lan party, but when you try and play in LAN they do not ask you for any cd-key so is that an error from the booklet and they ment it to be for online play? and if it is, how can you use the same cd-key twice? is it by making 2 profiles in your same account?

What exactly do you mean? He would have needed your serial to make an ICO account. Anything else is pretty trivial to delete.

It means exactly what it says. We're perfectly ok with you using one copy on two machines for a LAN party. However if you have more people playing than that, you should have an extra copy for each additional two machines.

As to online play, ICO will only allow one user with a given CD Key online at a time, period. Profiles are so that people in the same household can play online without sharing stats and friends lists.

by accidentaly i mean in a LAN party you dont really care about your box so he just did an account on my cd-key without warning me. Though i would understand if that incident would make me stuck with this current account.

and as the cd-key question i was more curious to understand how its work, since. during the installation i dont reconize being ask for a CD-key nor being asked during LAN play, so how do you exactly know if someone is using more then 2 machine? this question is purely for my curiosity.

thanks in advance.

In that case, contact [email protected] with the account details and cd key and they should be able to oblige you.
