Just wondering what determines your access class in your user profile.

We do.

For the most part on sins everyone is going to be Citizen. Since sins doesn't show the titles (well, after the recent forums upgrade, none of the sites do now) on posts, nobody is really going to be getting vanity promotions for community contributions. So really the only ones that will have a higher level will be us Stardock/Ironclad folks.
