Hey gang,
Sorry I've been away for so long, things have been "eventful" to say the least. Last we spoke, I was living in DeKalb, I was a Supervisor for Best Buy, single as ever, but otherwise enjoying life.
First things first, I'm now living back in my hometown of Sandwich with a couple of my friends in a nice resort house off the lake. I've got the master bedroom, master bath (including the jacuzzi tub), and a deck off the back of my room. We'll be also putting a swimming pool in shortly. I like my bachelor pad
Second, due to a wierd series of events, I now work for Gap Inc. one again as a supervisor in their Naperville Old Navy. After about a month of living in my new place, I was fired from Best Buy. It was a Wednesday, and being that we were short staffed and had 3 people (including myself) to cover 3 departments and inventory counts, I opted to do all the counts myself while they ran the salesfloor. I've done this tactic many times, and it's always worked. The exception to the rule came about 2 weeks before this when all the Best Buy stores in my district had been experiencing highly coordinated break-ins. After a couple people were caught, they found that these raids were being conducted by employees and that there was a large ring of disgruntled, thieving employees trying their best to clear these stores out and do some damage. More important is that these raids were lead and coordinated by Supervisors, people like ME. So corporate sought best to keep a keen eye on their supervisors for any alarming behavior. The company also hired security professionals, (ex-police or military personel) to devise strategies to stop this. These consultants devised specific "models" based on the people they had caught, and one of these "models" involved a department supervisor (like me) under counting their stock counts so that the thefts appreared to have done lesser damage than they really did. So 25 minutes after I report that I am unable to find 2 walkie-talkies (total cost >$100) , I am called back to the security office to see my 2 general managers on a conference call with corporate not only wanting me fired, but arrested, interrogated, my vehicle and home searched, and tried to the fullest extent of the law. Thankfully, being greatly adored by management, I was simply let go. I'm still welcome back to the store, and I'm told that I am often missed. I hold no grudge, especially since my new job pays a helluva lot more!
And thirdly, I'm still single, but I've got one on the hook, I think, (unless she's got me on the hook). She's a sweet girl, very mature and genuine, she's got a southern accent and likes being a little rough, which is damn sexy, and she has a terrific sense of humor. But, as usual, there's a catch: she's 18, I'm 22. Typically I won't even consider a girl under 21, girls under 21 have always seemed "not-very-together" and are generally attention starved and borderline psychotic, However, our "model" seems to be pretty on-the-level. However, being that we're almost in two different stages in life, (she's just starting college, I'm about to graduate) part of me feels that it simply would not work out. And while I typically like a girl who has not a lot in common with me, (I'm a total cat person, I want a relationship, but still try to be my own individual), her and I have so little i common that most dates or get-togethers will mostly consist of wooing one another, which tends to get old, fast. On the safe side however, she's a virgin, thank god I don't have to her moving in on me for frequent sex. However she does like to "screw around" so that'll be G-R-E-A-T. Once again though, in my particular idiom, I've got a girl who already has a boyfriend, which will have to be usurped if I plan on going through with this. So before I go and destroy another relationship for my own personal gain, I'd like some opinions.
HELP ME!!!
