Before the war in Iraq started everyone including Kerry said there were WMD's in Iraq. However, Saddam and the democrats made a deal to make the dems and their candidate look good. they helped Saddam move the weapons out of Iraq to make Bush look bad. Kerry made a deal with the devil.

only one person had command of enough organized troops to move the wmds out of iraq..george bush.  although he initially wanted to announce theyd been found, he realized that if he gave kerry enough rope the dems would hang themselves...so he permitted saddam and kerry to conspire and hatch the very plot youve described.
