What can GalCiv Writer do? How does it work? Where can I get it?

You can create and change all kind of content like parties, events, ships, technologies etc. Though you need additional tools for the grafics.

I don't have a link which works currently. NeoTech http://neotechgaming.com/ should have it but they have trouble with their download area. Give them some time to fix it. I hope it will be available there next week :notsure:
