Im a new user seeking help with DesktopX

Well when i try to load a thame i load it and then a error massge apperas and says something about the MCP it wasnt foud or wrong virsion and i have DesktopX 2.40 then after taht some errors about scripts apper what shold i do to fix this? plz help
