i have no idea whats going on...

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the game and, of course, not very good. I'm still enjoying it though, or at least I was until my computer crashed. I lost my files and the game itself had to be reinstalled. I found, sadly, that I'd lost the Altarian Prophecy's box, so I have no serial number. Can anyone tell me how I might fix this problem?

It is really a pity that you haven't registred you metaverse player with you serial ID. You will have a way to get it.

Do you mean that you were able to buy AP at retail?
BTW, since AP is an extention that require Galciv, have you a serial for Galciv?

No I got AP off the website, what I meant was "I lost the case" just poor wording on my part.

So you have received your serial ID by e-mail, right?
Have you an archive of your e-mails or have you lost them?
I guess you can always ask to the support of Stardock to resend you your serial ID

I guess than since your computer has crashed, you can't look in the registery to get your serial Id
