Start/Run/msconfig ... ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

For some reason or other ... When I try to access msconfig this way (the only way I know how anyway) it pops up for about half a seconf and then closes. Would msomeone have the answer as to why this is so and how to stop it???

Do you have a popup stopper on your system? If so, use the key that allows the popup to continue - sometimes it is the control or alt key.

Go to Start->All Programs->Accessories and choose command prompt. Then type msconfig at the prompt and hit enter. Depending on what version of windows you're running you can also bring up a command prompt by typing cmd in the Start->Run box.
