About my serial numbers and the fudge and mudge when I send need for support mail to Stardock???

My computer suffered from crash and format, reset my system. so I lost all stardock program I bought
I send my e-mail and did not get any serial numbers back from Stardock from support web, cound you check it for me and send me again ?

I did send serveral times for support mail for my ask of serial numbers, and no one send me back.

I contact!!!!, But no reply for days!!! within hours??? I really hope so...

It sounds like it was snagged by a spam filter somewhere along the line. I have manually sent you your account information.
