the metaverse (see button above) is a series of 'league tables' where individual players and empires can compete by submitting their scores. the scores (or more specifically the tactic used to get the scores) are also used to modify the AI. the GalCiv community here is of a high standard and very friendly, though, it must be said, its really busy days are past, due to natural attrition (GalCiv is over one year old now). so why doncha just join up!
