Is there an on-line manual that explains how to use the scenario and campaign editors? To what game file do I save my scenarios and how do access them when starting a game?

There's a docs folder in your Altarian Prophecy directory that contains some limited manuals.

You save your files to the data folder of the Altarian Prophecy directory.  Scenarios go in the Scenarios folder, Custom maps in the custom maps folder, unless they belong to a campaign, in which case they go in the campaign folder with their campaign file.
