May have reached the top point of improvements

Have 253 improvements in my heavy modded game and seem to be getting some problems with ones over 200 when you count them in the order in the files. Has anyone else seen this problem with 200+ improvements or is there likely some othe rproblem i am not guessing?

There is a problem once you get a certain number of improvements where various data arrays start interfering with each other.

This usually manifests in the form of false build queue identifiers and projects being unbuildable on some planets but not others. There is one other semi-common occurance, where the improvement array overwrites planet's stat modifiers: I've had Earth start with +260% Planet Quality and Morale this way before.

This is the first case that's been reported other than my own note in an old thread discussing the limitations of various modable data items, so I'd advise doublechecking everything else before we come to a conclusion on the cause.
