When Will People Get a Clue?
Are you ready to live in grace?

When will people get a clue? It's not about religion. It's not about stacking chairs or being "good." It's not about going to church or living by the letter of the law. It's not about how many times a day you pray or whether or not you screw up. We all do.
It's about pleasing Him, and seeking Him. It's about knowing Him intimately. It's about wanting to do the right thing. It's about admitting you screw up and letting the Lord take that and forgive you. It's about thanking Him and smiling when you know you've done the right thing, although you may have no praise from men. It's about delighting in His word.
Even some of the most "devout" Christians today don't understand this. It's so much freer to live in God's grace, than to live by the law. That's the difference between the OT and New. He was wrathful because He had to be, there was no other way. You had to be good if you wanted to get to heaven. He punished, and still punishes today, but the difference is that today we have a Redeemer. He's alive and waiting for us to come to Him and call Him daddy. He's unchanging and always waiting for us to bring Him our cares. He wants to take them. He loves us, as He always has. Now, it's easier. Jesus died so that it could be.
Are you willing to accept this promise? Are you willing to take this security and make it your own? Are you willing to be set free and let Him love you and take your cares and sins? Are you ready to live in grace?
