Account not found

I can't log into the multi. At first when I put my name and account in it said something like "You have been disconnected". I tried multiple names incase I had put it in wrong, but the same thing. So I put in my e-mail address and now it says "Account name not found" or something like that. I came out of the game and verified the account info from when I created the account when I bought the game. It says this instantly, doesn't even think about it. I've turned off firewalls, closed virus software and even direct connected to my modem to try and go around the port issue everyone is having, but still no luck. It says the same thing over and over instantly like its not even checking or something. Am I missing something? Do I need to creat a different account inside the game or something???????
