Technically I guess it's a Day-0 thing. It's a Bonus Pack that adds more extra goodies into the game. If you ordered direct from Stardock, you won't notice it because it's integrated straight into Stardock Central (i.e., you don't have to download it separate). If you have a retail game then you'll be able to just grab the update files after registering your serial number.
Stardock typically puts out Day-0 bonus packs as a reward for customers who buy the game and don't warez it. ![]()
To many changes to just patch the heck out of it compared to beta 4?
won't we need to download the retail version in its entirety?

Yes, you will have to re-download the game come release. Completely.

now that's something. not only do you deliver a more complete game than other companies (which have problems to get their games working even after 5 or so patches), you also
reward paying customers (wonder if EA ever heard about that ;)). my guess is that it's not driving you into bankruptcy, but i suppose it takes a lot of work...
so, big kudos for your attitude towards this business! (now, someone eventually has to say it, right?)

Hehe... we've been saying it
I for one make a habit of buying every new SD game -- if not at release, then shortly thereafter.
