Unfortunately new functions can't be modded in, since GC2 doesn't support any sort of scripting outside the game code itself.

Fix:

It would be very useful if there WAS a Docking module and/or ship building module.

Man, it would be AWESOME, though. Being able to script functionality into the game without access to the source code would be a huge tool for modders.
