Raining Again

It's a good thing I had planned on resting more than anything else while home this time because it has rained every single day since I got here. As I am sitting here it has just started yet again.

Oh well, I wasn't planning on going anywhere anyway so let it rain.

I've been working on the hat which is my first attempt at knitting a hat and so far it's going ok. I am past the cabled part and now it's just round and round with the ribbing for a while before I have to start the decreases that shape the top. I can't wait to see how it'll turn out.

Rain is beautiful. Ok, man...I know that's subjective. But in the land of burning garbage, I get very excited by rain.

It rained here last night, and it rained some again today. I could actually see the mountains on the horizon! The Naples (Napoli) area of Italy is beautiful...when you can see it.

Anywho - good luck with the knitting, Mason. I'm just dropping by.

Thanks. I haven't been to Naples in over 20 years. I used to love it there.

Since that brief shower, we have had nothing.  And nothing before then since the end of August.

Well at least it is cooler............

Not!  Over 90 for this week again!  I guess we are going to pay in a couple of months.
