Just a little constructive criticism on your walls DC.. they're a little "busy" tone them down a bit, choose your colors wisely, and test run your creations for a few days to see if they work, don't let the "rejections" get you down. I've made over 250 walls and some have been good and others have been... shit. take the advice of everyone here, it will only make you better.

posting rejected walls in forums is very bad form.
I too am guilty of this....


My suggestion to you DC...Is take a step back and a deep breath and continue to be

proud of the accomplishment of leaning how to do something in Photoshop CS2

it aint easy! And in the same breath....Dont threaten to start Pirating their product, most likely you'll be walking the plank mate!

yup..

...look, take everyones advice, brush up on your skills.. don't upload until someone.. anyone you know says..at least.. "hmmm.. its not ... bad." I'll be honest with you and not trying to bring you down but.. you say you've seen worse in the gallery..I'm not so sure..honestly these were pretty bad. A dose of reality is sometimes better than any amount of backpatting. It was for me at least. In a couple of years you'll look back and probably agree. Getting all pissy with the very people your looking for approval from is also a bit redundant.

nobody's thrilled at having their creations rejected.....but that's how you improve and can look back and understand why........
I frankly think having the moderation policy helps you strive to be better....and gives a greater sense of achievement/satisfaction/recognition when accepted.....if a site accepts a blanket everything.....not much challenge there...merely hosting......but if that's what you're looking for...go for it.....

Nor me, i and surely some of us take it like an award (unofficial but an award anyway), not like a simple badge. When that said, PPE post is more a way to show your wallpaper work who stay in your gallery cause it was rate at 2 stars or under by a moderator.
Just that a way to allow you to show it off...
Not a "wanna want a badge" or "why my wall was send in my personal page?"

Po' made a post interesting in this way and in the way to allow us to laugh about it in place of "cry" cause of it. that was a good idea not a dirty idea
