I don't know if she was in her right mind or what. Or why she would want to bring unknown attention to herself, but who knows if this was her way to be famous! Then again, you don't really choose who you fall in love with, it just happens, right.....or does it?

I don't know why any woman would marry a Muslim man. It is so unequal and women are treated so badly that I can't even equate it with marriage.

Oooh, you're starting a fight with them words! I do understand what you mean though and know you don't mean it to hurt, because I too have read how they do not treat their women as equals and the hard times they have being women in their society. Although, I must say that in places like Quatar and other wealthier nations, women are able to do their own thing to a point, as long as they don't offend their religion. Muslims aren't the only ones who don't treat their women with equality thou, there are other countries who do the same. Sad, but true.

It seems most of Bin Laden's family wants nothing to do with him (Osama) or his actions.  And thus we should not paint the son with the sins of the father (we are not Klingon after all),

However, I understand your point, and actually feel sorry for the man.  Regardless of how he tries to live his life, the fact he is the son is going to hound him all his life, and thus through no fault of his own, he will be stigmatized by his birthright.
