Keep on top - hiding off-screen for maximised applications
Doesn't detect when maximised apps are closed before being minimised

I had a quick look around for an existing thread about this but I didn't see one, so sorry if this is a repeat.
The new option in OD+ to hide the dock when you're running a maximised app is pretty cool. It works fine if you maximise and un-maximise the app, but it doesn't work if you close or minimise a maximised app.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Maximise the app -> dock disappears
2) Un-maximise the app -> dock re-appears
3) Maximise the app again -> dock disappears as expected
4) Minimise the app -> dock remains hidden, even though the desktop is now empty
5) Maximise the app again -> dock stays hidden
6) Close the app -> dock stays hidden
The solution is to double-click on the OD+ icon in the system tray. Any chance this can be fixed? Thanks,
