For the devellopers Team - Star Base that can move

Hi,

I have a saved game available of starbase can can move but is not a terror star. Its a normal starbase with 2 modules installed that somehow can move.

If you want me to upload let me know....

I wonder...if you built enough star bases with the speed improvements in one sector, would it boost the SB speed enough for it to move?

As I read it, the speed-up modules boost speed by an absolute +1, not a relative percentage, so yeah, if it *was* being applied to starbases, they could move. Oops
