Can someone PLEASE explain why this happens. There are many blinds, great ones, that I will not
use because of this.
It happens on multiple systems too.

Ok.. Stardock... Now that we know what causes it, perhaps you can develop a fix for it?

for what it's worth, I have this skin and have no prob with it. Glad you found a fix for it cuz it is a great skin.

Good to see you are good Phoon, seems you've had that one for a while now. Just for the heck of it I re-clicked that box and of course the white comes back. So in the 'viennaxpstuff.xp' file there is a setting for [StartPanel.MenuItem]. Within that list are the menu animations that vStyler created. I temporarily removed the loop and mouseover settings and reloaded the theme and all was good even with the windows box checked. I then reset the Vienna theme as it was designed and unclicked that box to revert to original.

So I would have to conclude that the animations are causing the conflict and a program fix should be possible from Window Blinds.

I would not have imagined that feature would have been the cause of this issue. Nice find, mitche323!

Necro-thread-surrection...

It looks like this was never addressed with the developers. I still happens, even on W7 and the same fix found by mitche323 is required.

Just thought I'd let you know.
