I just moved a starbase

There are a lot of new threads here all of a sudden. I read through a few, but didn't see this bug mentioned.

Here's the situation: A drengin starbase was on an economic resource. I had a stack of 10 constructors seven spots away, with a movement of 8. I moved them right next to the starbase, then destroyed the base with a nearby dreadnaught. I moved onto the resource, built some improvements, exited, then noticed that I had a movement points left over. It said I had 1/0 movement points. So I moved the base, and the resource with it. It's a minor bug, but I'm wondering if I had moved the constructors on with full movement I might have been able to move the resource a longer distance away. I'll try to check and report back later.

That is odd, but not too surprising. I've noticed movement quirks before but always wrote them off to a lack of refresh.

On the other hand, I was hoping to hear of a way to move non-Terror Star starbases. I think a starbase maxed out in the repair/attack/defense department, then upgraded to terror star but without the weapon would make a great fleet support ship.

I think a mobile starbase with maxed out modules in *any* area would be fairly terrifying :)

Others have already postulated the Mobile White-Hole Of Influence, but even a fully loaded Soc/Mil production booster would be great for frontier planets or helping an allies wage war.
