Here's the number 13 icon. It's the E-mail icon.
There's really only two models here. The arrow and the letter.
Model:
The letter is a chamfer box.
I created the arrow with the line shape. I then bent and beveled the spline.
Then I used the mirror tool to create the other arrow.
Texture:
For the letter, I used a standard Blinn material with a diffuse map made from a bitmap and shadow/light falloff map. I also increased the self-illumination.
The arrow used a material close to the letter material but different colors and no self-illumination.
Lighting:
One directional light was used for the letter. And two omni lights were used for arrows.
