Here's the number 12 icon. It's the recycle bin full icon.
The only new change here is the addition of paper.
Model:
I created the paper with the plane tool with the beveled tool and bent and rotated the planes as necessary.
Texture:
For the sheets of paper, I used a standard Blinn material with a diffuse map made from a shadow/light falloff map and increased the self-illumination. I varied the colors for each sheet.
Lighting:
One directional light was used for diffuse lighting. And two omni lights were used for specular lighting.
