Here's Number 3. It's the open folder icon.
Model:
The model is the same as the closed folder. Except, I used the bend tool at 135 degrees on the Z-Axis with the 8 fold edges.
Texture:
The texture is a 2 part composite material.
The base material is is a standard multi-layer.
The second layer is used to improve the reflection and gloss.
