Hardcoded AI

So... since I missed the beta I was curious if there are obvious differences that can be perceived in the way that the different AI aliens play the game. Is any one race more prone to warfare or science as an end? Are any easier to get along with diplomatically? Are there pre-established biases created between the AIs so that an alliance with one reduces your diplomatic ratings towards another? etc. etc.
