Creating Theme- Problems with Taskbar image

I'm trying to create my very first theme and I'm having trouble setting the image for the taskbar.
After setting the image and the margins this is what I get
This is the image I used:
I set the margins to 5,5,128,133,185. I set the width to the screen width via scripting.
Now, when I apply the same image and margins to Q's Counter Element theme I downloaded it works fine.
What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions at all?
