Hi i have aproblem, everytime i download a skin to my pc i dont know how to apply it can u tell me?

Go to this page: http://test.wincustomize.com/gallery.aspx
Scroll down and you will see a list of applications.
You probably need Windowblinds. Select it.
Towards the top of the page will be a description of the app and a way to get it along with more skins to download and apply.
