can some one help me i juts got object dock and i cant figure out how to use a dock i downloaded i got the Eminence

I believe it should download as a zip file, use winzip or winrar to unzip it, then you should get a folder called Eminence with a couple png's and an ini in it, copy the folder into your Program files/Stardock/ObjectDock/Backgrounds folder, then select the theme from the Appearance tab in OD.
