title screen full of lines

can anyone help
load screens are ok but when it gets to the title screen it comes up full of lines and is unreadable.

do you mean lines as in "horizontaly broken up image" or just simply "lines"?

i had the "horizontal broken up image" once, but it somehow fixed itself. im think that maybe i had a program running at the same time, and somehow it was interfering with the game.
